About iFLY Miami
iFLY Indoor Skydiving is preparing to open in Miami and is hiring an enthusiastic, customer-centric team. iFLY pioneered the body-flying 'indoor skydiving' experience and is the world leader in vertical wind tunnel technology.
Each day we’re inspired by all types of people who choose to fly. We celebrate when we watch athletes win competitions. We cheer when youth who are part of our Flight School program learn to fly. We’re moved emotionally any time our All Abilities program helps anyone with physical and cognitive challenges spread their wings.
While everyone at iFLY Miami comes from different walks of life, we challenge ourselves to learn, to grow and to progress together – both as flyers and people. We don’t just believe in the dream of flying. We live it every day.

About the Role
Running an iFLY requires a blend of sales, business, and leadership skills as unique as our indoor skydiving experience, and for you that’s a piece of cake. You’ll be responsible for managing the location’s operations, driving financial success, and developing the diverse and customer-centric team who make our guests’ dreams come true.
This isn’t just an office job. You’ll spend much of your time working alongside your team and directly contributing to the guest experience. From checking in guests to controlling the wind speed as they fly, you’ll be involved in it all. Of course, office work is involved, but you’d rather be visible, constantly taking a pulse on the business than stuck at a desk behind a spreadsheet.
You’ll meet regularly with senior management to discuss the overall plan for the company and provide updates as to how strategic business objectives are being achieved. You’ll make business decisions together with the leadership team, based on your assessment of market competition, guest insights, and feedback.
In short, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the facility’s success. You’ll bring your “A” game to work every day, have fun, and inspire others around you while ensuring the company exceeds its business goals.
